Thank you Lord, for the unexpected 'extra' in this month's currency exchange that allowed for a fun outing on the occasion of the King's Birthday (July 28) and the school holiday that marked it (July 28 to 31).
This post will be mostly pictures, because I was sent so many this morning!!!!
It's cool to remember that, in their previous circumstances, our kids would not be afforded these kinds of fun learning experiences.
For our teens especially, these kinds of 'bai teo' (out for fun) mean a lot.
And just like in any family adventures, these are the times when memories are made.
Another good thing to keep in mind is just the logistics and effort required to take a family of 21 kids, out anywhere!!
We are constantly impressed with Suradet and Yupa's willingness, energy, and gentle presence to help make sure these kinds of events happen, and happen happily.
Anu and our other staff helpers get the kudos too.
Of course we have to go out for noodles afterwards - the equivalent of fast food (only healthier). Jua seems to be enjoying his bowl!

So happy birthday to the King.
Happy days off school.
Happy outings and making memories in our big family.
And thank you to our Father who so carefully watches over us.
